Pretty much bored at home so I decided to blog again. Heh!

Work has been alright. Though someone complained to my boss that I put on my make up at my desk. The person who complained about me maybe is too free la eh. Weird that person only complained about me, cos other people also make up at their desk la. Cheh! I dunno why people bother so much about me. First it was the Internet, then it my make up. Dunno what else la later he/she would notice.

Whatever.

This week I had an impromptu dinner with Iana and Myn on Monday. Been awhile since we have done that, so it was good to see them. As usual, it was at Simpang. As usual, talking cock and all. Haha! Had a great time with them. Ended the dinner at around 9 and Iana send us home.

The next, after work, I made my way to Jaja's house. Did I mentioned? Jaja have moved in into her house at Tampines, right next to her mother. And so, she cooked dinner for me. She made cereal prawn, which was heavenly, I tell you. Very pedas, Myn, I think you'll love it babe! And her fish sliced soup was a success. She had some broccoli too, but that, I did not touch. Haha! Thanks Jaja for the dinner. It was very very delicious. Then on, bitching session starts. Haha! Watch TV and all. Left her place at almost 10 and straight home.

Wednesday and mellow.

Thursday I came home to four teenage boys, a teenage girl sprawled in my living room. Mira had a friends, Nassier, Zai, Hafique and Aidil to paint Malin's bridal room. So I came home to spot check. Found a few spots that needs touching up. So after dinner they touched up here and there. By the time they finished the walls, it was already late. I slept with them still up and about and whispering loudly. Haha. They did a pretty good job.

I was on leave on Friday, to supervise them painting Malin's room ceiling. By the time they woke up, it was almost noon. They already had early breakfast at 6am that Ibu cooked for them. So I was given some time to cook while they paint the ceiling. And oh, to wash the toilet door. Break was every now and then. By 4, I finished cooking. Sweet sour prawns and hotdogs, scrambled eggs with bacon. Thank god they ate it. By the time they finished eating, I made them washed the room. By the time they finished washing the room and dry it, it was already evening and they still have the living room to do. So they moved all the furniture and stuff in Malin's room, careful not to lean anything on the freshly painted walls. Then they started on the ceiling. Evey thing took about 3 hours to finished. By 11, everything was done and all of us took turns to shower. Ibu brought us to Simpang for late dinner. Haha! All of them was very entertaining. Funny boys. Then it was home sweet home and we all went to bed around 4 am. Well, it was 6 am for the boys and Mira la.

Yesterday was a rushing one. We had to do the kitchen fast. Uncle Is came again to drill the room again, with Anaqi, Aliff and Mak Chu. The boys were polite and tried to get Anaqi's attention. Anaqi just stared at them. Haha. After doing the kitchen, bit by bit they started to clean up. Hafique left early for Silat, followed by Aidil as the mother wanted him home early. So Zai and Nassier pretty much clean up the house. After much cleaning, they washed up and all and they decided to go home the night itself. So we gave them they money, 30 bucks each. Not much la, but 4 kepala da 120 jgk kan......

I tell you, been a long time since I have so much noise in my house. But they are great boys. Naughty as usual, loud as usual but they get the things done. So I'm happy. They are invited to Malin's solemnization, so hopefully, they will be here when the day comes.

Today, my house is so quiet, without them around. Heh! Truth to be told, I missed them already. Haha! Ok la. Not really a hectic week, but tiring enough. And 2moro, back to work!!

ARGH!!!!!!!

I had a dream of my dad last night. It was Hari Raya, and he was driving with us in car for Hari Raya jalan2. He looked very clam in my dream, like how he would have looked if he is still alive today. The moment I opened my eyes today, I realized, today is Father's Day. And I do not have my Father next to me. If he is still alive, most probably, he would have call each of us, and make us wish Happy Father's Day to him. Heh! That's my dad.

Though it has been almost 4 years that he has left us, I could still feel the warmth of his laughter whenever I think of him. It's like he is always where I am, watching over me. It saddens me to think that, while everyone with a father would go out to celebrate Father's Day today, my family will just be sitting at home, doing business as usual.

If my dad were to be alive today, this is what I would have done.

• wake up super early to wish him Happy Father's day, kissing him on the cheek
• while he is away at work, I would drag Mira to buy a Father's Day cake and a nice brown wallet
• that I always thought I would buy for him. Wrapped it up nicely.
• Mom would cook his favourite, sotong hitam and kangkong belacan. Of course, there will be other dishes too
• everything will be laid on the dining table, waiting for him to come home.
• When he get home, we would all wish him Happy Father's Day. I could imagine the happiness radiating through his entire body.
• Then we would all have dinner. And that is when I Mira and Malin would have given the present that we bought for him.

Knowing my father, he would straight away use the wallet. He likes new stuff. Haha. Sigh.....This is a dream that will only remain as a dream.

Bapak, Happy Father's Day. I am hoping against hope that I
could celebrate with you, but I knew that is never gonna happen. As a kid, I
have never proven to you how capable I was. I was stubborn and hard headed. I
never thought, even till now, you won't be here to see us going through adult
hood. Ibu, as usual is doing her best as a mother. Malin will be getting
solemnized in a month's time. And Mira, she is growing up too fast. But I know,
you will forever see us as your little kids. I have missed you so much for the
past 4 years. There were times that I hated you so much for leaving us so soon.
But, most of the times, I would have given anything, just so that I can
feel the warmth of you hug, the sound of your voice and laughter and the sight
of your smile. I love you Bapak. Happy Father's Day. Al-fatehah.

Hello people...I need to blog this. Haha....I so wanna have this.....Details as below:-

Half a year of 2009 has gone and here I am, thinking that there's more to this life. Heh! I'm not expecting much though...Why? Because a year ago, I was in a pretty bad shape in my life, trying to get things back on track as a single person. I was in need to be independent again. I had a hard time trying to be the girl that I was in Secondary school. Not the childish one. The girl who was bursting with confidence. The girl who was every one's source of laughter. Don't get me wrong. I was thrilled to be back being single. I was excited to venture the world as Ita, and not Ita and the other person. At the same time I was scare, thinking the world has changed. I began to see things with new eyes. And somewhere along the way, I began to have fun. Fun that I never thought I would ever have. And if truth to be told, I am yearning for more fun..Hahahahaha!!!

OK back to reality..........................................

Well, life at work has been boring..Same old, same old. Though laughter never seem to cease. Haha! Everyone of my colleagues has been laughing and laughing everyday, which makes life at work less dreading. Last few weeks at work, I have been having a lot of free time, not that I'm complaining. If it's not for Myn's email that's keeping me entertained, I would have probably fall asleep. Speaking of Myn, she went through a tough time this week. I am not going to elaborate here as I think it is not appropriate for me to state anything, but Myn, I hope you will be patient and be strong OK Babe..I felt what it's like to feel the way you are feeling right now. I know how you feel and I hope you will be able to get through this. Remember, I will be there if you need me.

OK. Life has been hectic. Malin's solemnization is due in a about 2 months. I am no longer in charge of hiasan hantaran. Why? No! not because I was being a bitch and not helping. But because Mak Nah nak sponsor..Hehe! Lesser work for me. Home is not like home anymore. No, not fights here and there. My house seems like people are either moving in or moving out. You can find a lot of Ikea boxes here and there. Because Malin and Fahmy will be staying here until they get their house keys, we have to move alot of things to make way for the newly weds. I am wondering how am I gonna sleep. Haha! So now, yeah, my house, not really in a state where I can welcome a lot of people.

OK. We had a SBUX dinner on Friday. Glad to say, the WHOLE team was there. Dine, Kaori and Emi took Peter's car, while the rest took the train. By the time we reached Vivo, we were all very very hungry. Oh yeah, Peiwen and Indah came from Commonwealth. Peiwen, on MC, still manage to make it. Haha! Management closed one eye ok. Fancy being on MC and yet meeting us for dinner...Hehe!! Hyena-laughter's, swearing and curses filled the table and all of us couldn't seem to stop taking food. Hehe! Credits to my GM, Dylan, who by the way, couldn't join us. We spent about 400 plus on food. We were all groaning by the time we finished. But we weren't complaining. So after that, we took some pictures. Indah Babe, share drive please on Monday. Thankies...Emi, Dine, Joycelin and Aric went off after that, leaving Peter, Kaori, Suken, Peiwen, Jessie, Indah and me to bum around for a while. We had nothing to do. So we went to the playground and play like little kids. Hehe! Penat ok. Melayankan all these kids. Peter was like the father figure, taking pictures of us while we play like little kids...Haha..Oh well, we are kids la actually. Pictures below.

As for my weekend, yesterday, Mak Chu came with Uncle Is, Anaqi and Aliff. Uncle Is was helping Malin with the drilling for the bilik pengantin. I help out a bit la. A bit aje. I was too absorbed with Anaqi. He was just plain adorable. And, he is not afraid of my cat. But my cat is scare of him. Boon hissed every time Anaqi came close. But Anaqi was one brave little boy. With his little hand outstretched, he gingerly touched Boon's head, Thank God, Boon decided that Anaqi was ok, so Boon allow him to touch. Haha! So cute!!!

So after the drilling and all, I order KFC la. Must show appreciation sikit kan. Blanja they all dinner. My mom cooked fried rice and we all ate. Again, my attention was to Anaqi. My mom taught him to feed himself. He was so cute! Feeding himself with the spoon. Then after dinner, Anaqi drag the little chair to the front of my laptop and continue watching Barney there.. Haha!! So cute la he!!! This makes me realized that I need Malin to gimme cute adorable nieces and nephews so I can pamper them like crazy! Haha!! I have yet to put that pressure to them.

Today, Mira's friends, Nassier and Zai will be here to move some furniture around. Not that I can't do it. But I am very very lazy. And even if I am not lazy, it's raining, so naturally relax time will come. Haha. OK la. Picture from SBUX dinner.
